Education has taken me around the world over the last 9 years, and since my earliest days in the industry, has played a pivotal role in my life and career.
Education gives me the ability to constantly grow. I hate running a flat line, and appreciate how lucky we are in our industry to be constantly learning new things. I don’t believe you’ll ever know everything.

Nicole has a unique, intriguing and candid approach to mentoring thanks to her understanding of her students. A strong advocate for a fresh and engaging approach, her extensive experience coupled with unbridled enthusiasm allows her to combine both sides of the teaching dynamic - creating a heady mix for students who are swept up by her status quo challenging style.
Specialising in cutting (foundations and creative) and styling (commercial through to editorial) hairdressing education, Nicole holds a senior role in the EVO International Creative Team, where she teaches out in the field, writing and developing content, or working in the EVO lab on product innovation and testing.
